Experiences in Psychology

Students enrolled in the psychology major undertake to learn the behavioral science that focuses on the behavior of people and animals. The bachelor of science psychology major requires the selection of a science-based minor. The bachelor of arts psychology major requires a minor which may be selected from topics outside of the sciences and requires advanced coursework in modern languages. Students develop research skills and critical thinking for a broad range of areas focused in psychology. The student experience includes opportunities for membership in student organizations, internships, honor societies, study abroad and more.
