The bachelor of science with major in human resource development and learning in organizations prepares students to succeed in developing adults work-based knowledge, expertise, productivity and satisfaction. Students gain skills in the design, implementation and management of programs and services for organizational needs. Students may participate in internships for practical training, Education Abroad or Study in America for international or national cultural enrichment, and membership in student organizations for networking with peers.
