The bachelor of science degree with major in geography covers how the environment and humans interact and affect one another. The major emphasizes the physical science elements of geographical study. Students can tailor their personal interests by choosing from five minors: environmental studies, geographic information science, geography, geology, and nature and heritage tourism. Students may participate in faculty-led study abroad or Study in America trips, develop a professional community at association or networking events, or join student organizations for a well-rounded experience.
